For Destiny 2 Year 3, Bungie is trying something different with its Eververse Store. Unlike before, some items in the game will only be sold for Silver and others (mainly returning Eververse items from past seasons) will only be available for Bright Dust. This means that there is a finite selection of items that will be available for Bright Dust and with only so many weeks in a Season, some will only be sold once.

Luckily, Destiny 2 player JPDeathBlade has created a rundown of every Season 8 item that will be sold for Bright Dust at the Eververse Store. This will help those players who might be wondering whether an item on sale is worth spending the Silver now or waiting for it to be available via Bright Dust.

The truth of the matter is not every Eververse item in Destiny 2 will be sold for Bright Dust. Some new exotic ornaments, for example, are not on the schedule that JPDeathBlade has created (seen below).

The one important detail to point out is that the new Season 8 Eververse armor set (which is actually just ornaments for any armor piece) will only be sold once per piece. So those Destiny 2 players hoping to collect the full set should pick up each armor piece when it becomes available. It’s also possible to buy the full set for one class or all classes for Silver for those who are impatient and want it now.

Arguably the biggest disappointment from the Eververse store schedule is how few new Shadowkeep items will be sold. There are the armor sets, a few ghost shells, and some other items, but there are many items that will simply never be sold. Which means that the only way for a player to get said item is to spend real money on Silver.

Now, this is the first time that Bungie has instituted this new approach to Eververse that removes Bright Engrams and adds bounties that reward Bright Dust, so it’s possible there will be changes in future seasons. But this seems to be the approach that Destiny 2 is going for now that Bungie has split from Activision.

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
